Face Shield Design and Assembly

K12STEMEducation is honored to provide the design and assembly instruction for a Face Shield.  A 3D printer with a minimum bed size of 7 inches by 7 inches is required.   The Face Shield band is printed using PLA filament.  The plastic shield is 8.5 by 11 inch clear binding cover (Office Depot item 459-207).  Bicycle inner tub cut into strips is used for the band and velcro is used to hold the strap in place.
